Philip is a problem solver. Crafting solutions for specific corporate objectives involving mills, factories and warehouses (own and 3PL). He has planned, managed and implemented restructuring within organizations at the leadership level for over 20-years.
Philip started sewwot solutions post Covid-19 as inflation and market uncertainty impacted business in the fashion industry. He realized businesses needed practical project based help and solution at the leadership level to address opportunities and challenges rather than additional headcount.
From humble beginnings over 35-yrs learning to sew on a production line, he progressed to factory manager, and eventually to VP over many supply chain areas. He has working with major US brands solving problems for employers and clients all over the globe, traveling to many countries in 5-continents. He knows what US companies are looking for in manufactures as well as the challenges US Brands are having with supply chain, sourcing, costing, production and sustainability. He has worked in the luxury space, athletic wear as well as iconic, mass market and budget brands and understands the requirements of all.
His background managing factories and overseeing them for decades, coupled with experience working for major manufacturers and brands makes him the perfect bridge between manufacturer and vendor to maximize the relationship, unlocking and delivering value to all parties.
