After seeing the massive drop rate in color development and the impact to business that was, my team developed and patented a new process to support merchants in color selection.

Nordstrom: DVP Quality Assurance, NPG

Process redesign reduced customer returns on private label apparel by over 70,000 from prior year, on increased sales.

Pharr Brand Name Apparel: VP Operations, Leather sewing factory

Improved factory efficiency from + 75% to a sustained level of almost 100%, which reduced make up pay from 10% of direct labor $ down to <0.5%. Reduced internal rework from 17% to <4% in first 3-months.
